Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pitmommy: Baby vs Pitbulls (the "Game") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The Game is published by Whatitis Media ("we", "us"), [COMPANY ADDRESS], Texas, United States.

What we collect

• Device and usage data. Device model, operating system version, language, country, crash logs, and in-game events such as levels started, runs completed and items purchased. We use this to fix bugs and balance the game.
• Advertising identifiers. If you allow tracking, our advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID to show more relevant ads and measure them. If you decline, you still see ads, just less relevant ones.
• Purchase records. Apple and Google process all payments. We receive a confirmation that a purchase happened. We never see your card number or billing address.
• Emails you give us. If you join the waitlist or email support, we keep that address to reply to you and to send build invites.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or microphone.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, each under their own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting)
• Google AdMob and/or AppLovin (advertising)
• RevenueCat (purchase validation)
• Apple and Google (app distribution and payments)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising partners listed above.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Tracking. On iOS you can decline tracking when asked, or change it later in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings.
• Access and deletion. Email support@babyvspitbulls.com to get a copy of what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
• Region-specific rights. If you are in Texas, California, the EU or the UK, you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to complain to your data protection authority. The same email address handles all of these.

How long we keep it

Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with the providers listed above. No system is perfect, so we limit what we collect in the first place.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app.
